Organizations can use product cards and a cart to receive purchase requests on their landing pages. This feature works on standard landing pages and does not require a custom application. Receive the selected products, quantities and contact details together to support sales follow-up.

Before you begin

You need permission to edit your organization's products and website settings. Activate the products you want to offer and verify their prices. The cart supports one-time products with a published regular price and bundles with a single one-time price. Consultation-priced products, recurring billing and usage-based amounts are outside this purchase request flow.

Enabling the cart does not activate online payment processing. A submission creates pending purchase records. Confirm payment and appointment details separately.

Configure products and the cart

  1. Enable the cart in the website header settings.
  2. Add a products section to the page that receives purchase requests.
  3. Load products from the catalog or select individual products.
  4. Choose a grid or list layout and the number of products to display.
  5. Set the section action to add to cart.
  6. Check product names, locations, prices and the add action on the public page.

For a price-only display, set the section action to none. Product cards and the cart calculate prices from the same products and promotions, regardless of page layout.

For example, a training center can select a trial lesson and a textbook bundle for one section. Customers add products, set quantities, and enter their name and phone number to request a purchase.

Handle purchase requests and reservations

A customer adds a product. The selection is saved in the cart.
A customer submits a purchase request.A pending purchase record is created for each product.
Staff arrange a visit.A reservation for the same customer and location can be linked to the purchase.
Staff confirm payment. The purchase status and amount reflect the actual payment result.

Purchase requests do not require a reservation. If a visit is needed, arrange the reservation separately and link it to the purchase. Linking a reservation alone does not change the saved purchase amount or payment status.

The server checks prices and product availability before saving a request. If the reviewed details have changed, customers must review the updated cart and submit again. Customers also review the displayed amount after changing the pricing date or coupon.

Check the result

Confirm that displayed products belong to the intended organization or location. The add action is unavailable when the cart is disabled. After a request, verify the customer's products, quantities and pending purchase records. Track purchase requests separately from completed payments to follow consultation and collection progress.
