Configure and publish a website
Publish organization branding, localized content, page sections, actions, and domains.
Scenario and success criteria
Example: An education provider operates two branches in two languages. Set the organization brand and default language first. Create locations and programs for each branch. Add Korean and English content. Connect consultation and reservation buttons to the correct customer actions. Test both languages and mobile layout on the preview domain. Then publish the custom domain.
Review missing content by language, important button clicks, completed consultations or reservations, publication errors, and search visits. Do not review visits alone. Confirm that customers reach the intended next action.
Before you start
- Select the organization or branch for publication.
- Prepare the logo, brand colors, business details, and text for every supported language.
- For a custom domain, prepare access to manage that domain.
Enter organization branding
Set the public name, URL name, logo, and theme. Confirm the default language and required business details. For AI chat, enter a greeting and suggested questions.
Create localized content
Add each customer-facing service, location, and product. Enter its label, slogan, and description in every supported language. Review the image, icon, and URL name.
Build content relationships
Connect related items under their parent content, then set their order. When reusing an item, check its position in every relationship.
Arrange page sections
Select a page path. Add a header, content, features, FAQs, and other required sections. Arrange sections in the customer's reading order.
Connect actions
Set the primary and secondary action labels and behavior. Select a link, AI chat, form, customer form, reservation form, or email action.
Verify domains and search information
Connect required custom domains and select the primary domain. Review each localized page title and description. Open the public pages and sitemap.
Check the result
- The primary domain opens the correct organization website.
- Other domains redirect to the selected primary address.
- Every supported language displays headings, descriptions, images, and actions.
- Each action opens its expected chat, form, reservation, or external address.
- You verified section order and navigation on mobile and desktop.
