Confirm channel use
Choose the TalkTalk account and operating organization. A Naver advertising account or search listing does not establish messaging access. Agree on a transition schedule with the current operator.
Prepare assets and permissions
Confirm administration access, the partner ID, and send API key with your connection contact. Check the required incoming-event configuration. Keep credentials out of public requests and guide content.
Match the Laney account
Give the Naver TalkTalk account identifiers and Laney organization to your contact. After connection, compare the platform, organization, and external account. Do not manually mark access complete while external approval or authentication is pending.
Test reception and replies
Have a test customer send a message first. Check that it appears in Laney, then verify the reply in the same customer channel. Record the reception time and conversation ID. Prepare and test outbound templates separately.
