Prepare a Kakao BizMessage sender profile

Have administration access to the external account and the Laney organization ID. Check for an existing connection first.

The sender profile is connected. Template approval and recipient consent remain separate checks.

Resuming after interruption

Recheck the same account and organization. Resume after required authentication or review; do not substitute a new account.

Choose a KakaoTalk channel

Choose the KakaoTalk channel for AlimTalk or brand messages. Confirm its owner and administrator. An AI inbound channel connection does not replace a BizMessage sender profile.

Ask the BizMessage provider or connection contact for registration steps and required channel permissions. After registration, compare the sender key and channel. Do not substitute a channel name or public ID for the sender key.

Match the sending account

Confirm that the Laney account uses the Kakao BizMessage platform. Compare the sender key, channel ID, and organization with your contact. Changing a local status cannot register an external sender profile.

Prepare templates and contact basis

For AlimTalk, register the template and check external approval. For brand messages, prepare advertising consent and unsubscribe information. Preview the text and recipient exclusion reasons before sending.
