Check the result
Source records match the criteria established for this task.
Resuming after interruption
Reread the same source IDs and resume at the unfinished check.
Choose identifiers
Use the customer ID as the primary reference. Choose supporting channel, phone, or external-system identifiers. A matching name alone does not establish identity. Keep a separate unique ID for each reservation and purchase.
Define matching rules
Define which identifier must match within which organization. Include shared family phone numbers and channel changes. A verified channel user ID can identify a conversation while the name remains a visual check.
Handle ambiguous matches
Have a staff member review conflicting or multiple matches. Compare ownership before confirming a link. Do not merge or delete transactions merely because two profiles appear similar.
Verify linked records
Check that one test customer links to the expected conversation, reservation, and purchase. Record source IDs and matching evidence. Measure missing links and incorrect links separately.
