Check the result

This message reaches the intended organization and its reply reaches the same LINE customer.

Resuming after interruption

Recheck the same account and organization. Resume after required authentication or review; do not substitute a new account.

Confirm channel use

Prepare a Messaging API channel in LINE Developers. A LINE Login channel authenticates customers; it does not replace the messaging channel.

Prepare assets and permissions

Confirm the channel ID, channel secret, and channel access token with your connection contact. Compare the webhook URL with the supplied endpoint and test incoming messages.

Match the Laney account

Give the LINE Messaging API channel identifiers and Laney organization to your contact. After connection, compare the platform, organization, and external account. Do not manually mark access complete while external approval or authentication is pending.

Test reception and replies

Have a test customer send a message first. Check that it appears in Laney, then verify the reply in the same customer channel. Record the reception time and conversation ID. Prepare and test outbound templates separately.
