Learn how organization scope, navigation, data views, and detail panes work together.

The dashboard manages conversations, reservations, customers, and operating settings in one place. The selected organization and your permissions control the available menus and data.

Business value

The dashboard brings records from several features into one operating interface. An operator can move from a conversation to its customer, reservation, and payment without entering the name again. Organization views and permissions create a shared standard while limiting data access.

Examples

Example: Morning consultation review. Sort pending conversations by recent activity. Open today's reservation from the customer details, then answer the question. Measure handling time and later reservation confirmation.

Example: Weekly multi-branch review. A head office administrator compares no-shows with the same columns in each branch. Branch operators use the view only inside their organization. Compare no-shows, pending reservations, and unassigned conversations.

Four screen areas

AreaPurpose
Organization switcherSelect an organization or branch that you can access.
SidebarOpen conversations, reservations, customers, workflow runs, and settings.
Data viewFind and compare records in a list, group, or calendar.
Detail paneEdit the selected record and open related records.

The sidebar places frequent operating features first. Other settings appear only when your role grants access. Check the selected organization and your role when a menu is missing.

Views for different data

Most records support a list with sorting and filters. Some records also support groups based on a shared value. Reservations use a calendar by default. You can switch between day, week, and month.

The dashboard remembers the last view for each organization. Switching organizations restores the view saved for that organization.

Select a row to open its detail pane without leaving the current view. On wide screens, drag the divider to resize the list and pane. Small screens open the details in a separate drawer.

Select a related record, such as a customer reservation, to open a deeper pane. Going back preserves the first record and the list state.

Personal display settings

Use the user menu to select light, dark, or system theme. Select Korean, English, Japanese, or Chinese as the display language. These settings apply only to your user.

Values and measurements

Use existing dashboards and charts to review core value measurements. Set a goal in the relevant measurement chart. A measurement without a goal is not classified as healthy. Insufficient samples and observation windows that have not finished are shown separately.

Inquiry-to-visit and repeat visits use recorded customer status changes and completed visits. Organic inquiries, checkout and manual work time, and advertising returns need measurement evidence. Open the evidence link beside a value to record its period, numerator, denominator, sample size and source. Keep revenue and spend in the same currency and avoid overlapping periods. Missing evidence stays unmeasured.
