Check rules in order

  1. Confirm the organization and branch selected by the customer or administrator.
  2. Confirm that a business-hours rule applies to the selected weekday.
  3. Confirm that the candidate is at or after the start and before the end.
  4. Check for a closure that contains the candidate time.
  5. Check the capacity scope and current booking count.
  6. Check the gap scope and nearby existing bookings.
  7. Record the error and time when a platform-managed rule exists.

Do not remove a platform-managed rule

A platform-managed rule works with organization-specific code. The dashboard cannot edit or delete it. Report the rule, error, and time instead of bypassing it.

Check the result

  • You found the business hours and closure for the candidate time.
  • You checked capacity and gaps in the same scope.
  • You tested both the customer screen and administrator write after the change.
  • Existing valid bookings still work.

If the cause remains unknown, use General troubleshooting. Include the organization, branch, candidate time, expected result, and actual error.
