Check the result

Request acceptance, answer and terminal call outcome are distinguished.

Resuming after interruption

Inspect the original delivery ID first. Stop if delivery is uncertain; distinguish an explicit retry from the original attempt.

A booking-confirmation call uses the same customer selection and template-send actions as messaging. The differences are the phone template and the additional check of how the actual call ended.

This procedure uses one test customer whose phone you can answer directly. Verify the guidance and ending conditions before contacting real customers.

Make a test call

Query records with explicit conditions

Find the test customer in Customers. Confirm a registered number you can answer. If a call for the same purpose is already in progress, inspect it before requesting another one.

Select rows

Select the one test customer and open Send. Verify the intended conversation with one person before calling multiple customers.

Choose a sending template

Select the prepared phone_call template. Check that its linked account uses the intended sending number. Choosing a message template does not test a call.

If the call uses reservation information, link that reservation. If it collects a form response, check the template’s form connection too.

Check template send inputs

Select Preview and inspect the number and call instructions. Confirm that the test customer is ready. This checks the inputs without connecting a phone call.

Request the send

When you are ready to answer, select Send. Do not immediately repeat a delayed request. Check the request result and find its delivery history.

Check delivery results

Expand the template and find the request for the test customer. Successful request processing does not establish that the customer answered. Compare the corresponding call next.

Check call results

In Calls, match the customer and time. Answer the test phone and listen through the guidance. Check whether responses to questions and ending conditions fit the purpose.

If a form response was collected, compare its submitted values after the call. Distinguish a ringing-only test from a completed conversation.

Compare delivery history and receipt

Confirm the response and ending state on a record matching the customer, sending account and time. The test is complete when the actual guidance also matches the intended content.

To stop an ongoing call, use its cancellation action and check the final state. A cancellation request does not establish termination. Review call states and retry criteria before retrying an unanswered or failed call.
