Task sequences

Compare shared actions across features in the sequence catalog.

Use templates to send booking notices or content prepared by your organization. Customer values are substituted into the template, and its linked account determines the channel.

Choose recipients and send

Filter the customer list, then select the rows you intend to contact. Choose a template in the Send dialog and preview the address, eligibility and rendered sample. Finally, request the send and inspect its history.

The messaging procedure explains this as six basic actions. Their definitions live in Basic actions; the procedure supplies the values and checks needed for this task.

What preview establishes

Preview does not contact customers. It checks eligibility across selected recipients and displays a text sample for the first ready recipient. It does not establish that every recipient’s rendered content has been inspected.

If the account or template is not ready, start with preparation. For a problem after sending, use failure and retry checks to decide what to do from the actual history.
