Resuming after interruption

Check the original request ID and outcome first. Do not resubmit while its result remains unknown.

Identify required fields

Prepare the customer, selling organization, product, option, quantity, amount, and currency. Include scope, service dates, and agreement reference when relevant. A purchase can exist without a visit reservation.

Create the purchase request

Create a purchase in Payments or review one created by a website request. Keep unpaid requests pending. Verify customer and product, then link a reservation if needed.

Freeze agreed terms

Use Freeze terms after agreement to fix the buyer, scope, and amount. Compare the commercial snapshot with the agreement. Freezing terms neither receives money nor completes payment status.

Preserve historical terms

Do not reinterpret historical purchases using later catalog prices or options. Check frozen status and permitted changes first. Preserve the original agreement and reason for corrections.
