Diagnose external integration problems
Check the account, provider, and last successful operation.
After this taskRecovered scope and any disabled synchronization are explicit.
Starting conditions and inputs
Identify the failed integration and source records on both sides.

Command sequence
open "$entry_url" && snapshot -i
get text body
open "$source_url" && snapshot -i
get text body
open "$account_url" && snapshot -i
get text body
# Outside browser: The operator corrects the cause and checks supported synchronization for the same record.
open "$synced_record_url" && snapshot -i
get text bodyRef targets and expected results
| # | Command / ref | Target and verification |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | get text | Read external ID and last update time for the affected record. |
| 2 | open | Source page for the same external ID |
| 3 | get text | Compare source and internal values and time zones. |
| 4 | open | Integration account record |
| 5 | get text | Read authentication state and scope. |
| 6 | Outside browser | The operator corrects the cause and checks supported synchronization for the same record. |
| 7 | open | Updated record with the same ID |
| 8 | get text | Compare values and update time again. |
Check the result
Recovered scope and any disabled synchronization are explicit.
Resuming after interruption
Read the same source IDs again. Check organization and time range before treating an empty result as missing data.
Check connection and error state
Check the account, provider, and last successful operation. A connected label is different from successful synchronization. Keep errors, target IDs, and occurrence times.
Check ownership and permissions
Check for ownership or permission changes in the external account. Renew expired access through the supported connection procedure. Do not bypass the problem with another organization’s account.
Trace missing or duplicate records
Compare source and external records by unique ID. Check direction, selection conditions, and cancellation policy. Inspect previous requests before creating repeated copies to fill a gap.
Verify disconnection
Review dependent workflows and transfers before disconnecting. Confirm that new transfers stop and separately record treatment of existing external data. Retest creation and updates after reconnecting.
