Saved query conditions return; prior row selection is not assumed preserved.
Resuming after interruption
Read the same IDs again. Preserve correct settings and update only differences.
When you repeatedly search for records with the same conditions, save those rules as a saved view instead of re-entering each filter. Saved views let your team reopen the same list criteria and reduce mistakes from manual filtering.
This guide shows how to filter the customer table, save a view, and reopen it to verify the restored filter chips and rows. The customers and organization in the video are synthetic test data.
Filter condition:
상태(Status) =활성(Active)Saved view name:
활성 고객(Active customers)
A saved view stores query conditions and column display settings. It does not freeze a static copy of customer rows or preserve temporary checkbox selections.
Open the organization and record list
Confirm the current organization in the top-left switcher before querying records. If another organization is active, searching for the same name will not return your intended customers.
Select the target resource in the left menu. This example opens Customers (고객) to inspect the full table. The table controls work as follows.
| Screen element | Role in this task | What to verify |
|---|---|---|
| Search input | Finds records matching a name or contact string. | Only rows matching the search text remain visible. |
Filter (필터) and filter chips | Adds and displays column filter conditions such as status or account. | Active rules appear as filter chips above the table. |
Save view (뷰 저장) | Saves the current search, filter chips, and visible columns under a name. | The new view name appears under the resource in the left menu. |
| Detail pane | Shows full fields and source identifiers for the selected row. | Distinguishes records with identical names before editing. |
Narrow records with column filters and search
1. Open Customers and inspect the full table
Select Customers (고객) in the left menu. Check that the default list loads before adding conditions. The recording starts with five synthetic test customers in the table.
2. Add the status condition in Filter
Select Filter (필터) above the table, then choose Status (상태). Select Active (활성), then press Escape to close the filter popover.
After the popover closes, the 상태: 활성 chip appears above the table and narrows the list to two active customers. You can also enter a name in the search box when you need a narrower query.
3. Adjust visible columns and sorting
Set the visible columns and sort order for the task this view supports. For a contact review view, keep name, status, and linked account columns visible together.
Save a recurring query as a saved view
1. Select Save view and submit a clear name
Confirm that the active filter chips and visible rows match your goal. Select Save view (뷰 저장) at the top right, enter 활성 고객 in View name (뷰 이름), and press Enter.
2. Return to the default list and reopen the saved view
Do not stop after seeing the new name in the sidebar. Select the default Customers (고객) item in the left menu to clear the view, then select your saved view 활성 고객.
Reopening the saved view must restore both the 상태: 활성 filter chip and the two matching customer rows.
Watch the actual steps
This 34-second recording filters active customers in a synthetic organization, saves the 활성 고객 view, and reopens it to verify the restored filter and rows.
Transcript
- Open the customer list. All customers are synthetic test data.
- The status filter selects active customers.
- Save these conditions as the Active customers view.
- Reopening the saved view restores the filter and its two matching customers.
Inspect and edit the record in the detail pane
Select a customer row in the filtered table to open the detail pane. Compare the record ID, phone number, and linked account rather than relying on the display name.
If you edit fields in the detail pane, reopen the record to confirm the saved values. To message these customers, continue to Preview recipients and send a message and select the target rows fresh before previewing.
If the result differs from what you expected
The filter popover covers the table rows
The filter menu stays open after you click an option. Press Escape or click an empty area outside the table header to close the popover and inspect the filtered rows.
Reopening the saved view shows no rows
Check the organization switcher first. If the organization matches, inspect the active filter chips and open the default Customers list to check whether customer statuses changed.
Previous row selections are missing in the saved view
Saved views restore search text, column filters, sorting, and column visibility. They do not store row checkbox selections, so select the intended recipients each time you prepare a send.
Multiple customers share the same name
Open each candidate row in the detail pane and compare unique customer IDs, phone numbers, and linked accounts. Add an identifying column to the table before saving the view if duplicate names are common.
