Understand product selection and price calculation
Select a sellable product and an option belonging to it.
Select the product and option
Select a sellable product and an option belonging to it. Without an option, use base terms. Do not combine another product’s option or assume automatic addition of multiple options.
Check components and quantities
Check component quantities and any option-specific composition. A nonempty option component list can replace the base bundle roots. An option named an addition does not prove arithmetic addition of every component and price.
Interpret price and quote terms
Read fixed prices as defined calculations, starting prices as a lower scope, and quotes as terms to agree. Distinguish one-time amounts from recurring and usage conditions. Communicate the calculated result and applicable scope.
Read saved purchase terms
Inspect product, option, quantity, and the commercial snapshot stored on the purchase. Keep later catalog changes distinct from historical agreements. Price calculation does not imply a separate quote-document approval or versioning system.
