Define the base product
Define the inseparable base offering in Products. Use linked Entities for descriptions and products for commercial terms. For bundles, check component products and quantities for duplication.
Add product options
Add options under their parent product and describe added deliverables or changed terms. An option belongs to a product. The current purchase selects one product and one optional option; do not promise arbitrary multi-option combinations.
Set commercial terms
Set one-time, recurring, or usage pricing and currency. Choose fixed, starting-from, or quote pricing to match the agreement. A null quote amount does not mean free. Check included quantities and overage terms.
When editing a one-time option, check for validation errors on an empty billing cycle or usage field. These errors currently prevent some edits from being saved. Do not enter a cycle or amount that differs from the actual terms to dismiss the error. Report it to support.
Check selling state
Review drafts before activating products and options. An active parent does not make every option sellable. Check website display and actual purchase terms together.
