Check the result
Evidence distinguishes missing data, delay and performance differences.
Resuming after interruption
Read the same source IDs again. Check organization and time range before treating an empty result as missing data.
Fix the comparison period
Choose campaigns over the same period and time zone. Note pauses and budget changes. Compare provider and account identifiers, since matching names do not establish the same campaign.
Read provider results
Read provider-reported impressions, clicks, and cost. Consider retrieval time and reporting delays. Conversion definitions and attribution windows differ between providers; do not add unlike measures.
Trace reservations and purchases
Open linked customer, reservation, and purchase records. Distinguish completed reservations, completed payments, and inquiries. Separate unmatched and test records. Check tracking gaps before interpreting totals.
Decide the next change
Choose the next change to budget, audience, or landing content and record why. Keep the comparison period and completed-purchase definition consistent. More clicks without more outcomes calls for a check of the next customer step.
