Connect Meta Ads

Grant our platform access to run ads in your own Meta ad account — you keep ownership, we manage the campaigns.

To run Meta campaigns from your dashboard, you connect your own Meta ad account and grant us partner access. You keep ownership of the account — we create and manage the campaigns inside it.

Before you start

You need:

  • A Meta Business Portfolio (Business Manager) that owns an ad account.
  • Admin access to that Business Portfolio.

No ad account yet? Create one first in Meta Business SettingsAccounts → Ad accounts.

1. Share your ad account with us

In your Meta Business Settings:

  1. Go to Users → Partners.
  2. Click Add → Give a partner access to your assets.
  3. Enter our Business Portfolio ID: 397982957769007.
  4. For the asset type choose Ad accounts, then select your ad account.
  5. Turn on Manage ad account, then Save.

Two things people get wrong

  • Pick the Ad account — not the Facebook Page. They often share the same name, and sharing the Page does nothing for ads.
  • Grant Manage ad account (full access) — not view / analyze only. With read access we can see the account but can't create campaigns.

2. Give us your ad account ID

Find it in Business Settings → Accounts → Ad accounts — the number under your account's name (e.g. act_1234567890). Enter it in your dashboard under Integrations → Meta Ads.

3. We finish the connection

After you share the account, we complete the setup on our side — usually within a couple of minutes — and the integration turns to Linked. If it shows Error, the grant didn't go through: re-check Step 1, making sure you shared the ad account (not the Page) with Manage.

What this means

  • We can create, edit, pause, and delete campaigns in your account, on your behalf.
  • You keep ownership. You can revoke our access anytime from Users → Partners in Business Settings.

Lead-quality optimization (Conversion Leads)

Once connected, our CRM automatically reports each lead's later stages back to Meta — inquiry (Contact) → lead (Lead) → vetted (QualifiedLead) → booked (Schedule) → visited (Purchase), plus drop-offs (DisqualifiedLead). The AI handles the conversations, bookings, and completions itself, so the stages fill in with no manual data entry.

With that data flowing, your campaigns can switch their performance goal to Maximize number of conversion leads — Meta learns to find people who book, not people who merely fill forms. Meta's own benchmark: ~19–21% lower cost per quality lead.

Eligibility (per Meta)

  • 200+ leads per month
  • The optimized stage (e.g. booked) reached by 1–40% of leads within 28 days
  • Once you qualify, we configure the sales-funnel setup — you only flip the campaign's performance goal in Ads Manager.
