Prepare the site
Confirm location, power, network, and required equipment with the installer. Provide store details and placement. For replacements, agree on downtime and access to previous transactions.
Agree on installation timing
Agree on the visit time, site access, and contacts. Check prerequisite contracts and activation. Separate installation responsibilities from Laney plugin connection responsibilities.
Inspect the installed terminal
Inspect power, connectivity, and store identity on site. Record equipment identifiers, placement, photos, and acceptance. A screen recording alone cannot prove physical installation.
Test the connected functions
If using the Laney plugin, verify store-to-organization mapping and test check-in and payment. Record installation, connection, and payment approval separately. Confirm incident contacts and handover instructions.
