Check the result

The intended customer is linked; receipt is distinguished from follow-up processing.

Resuming after interruption

Read the same source IDs again. Check organization and time range before treating an empty result as missing data.

Find the submission

Find the form submission by form, time, and customer. Distinguish a draft from a final submission. Text entered on screen is not evidence of completed submission.

Read saved values

Check required answers, conditional values, and saved state. Compare stored keys even if labels have changed. Confirm the timestamp so an earlier answer is not mistaken for the current submission.

Check customer ownership

Open the linked customer and reservation. Check that the form mode changed only the intended target. For duplicates or wrong ownership, retain the submission and source IDs for investigation.

Check reader access

Check that only staff with the required access can read responses. Staff visibility differs from public form visibility. Test necessary access and cross-organization denial with an ordinary staff account.
